Refund Policy – AutoVeredler

We offer a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received— unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging . We also require your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@autoveredler.com . Returns must be sent to the address we will provide you with after approval.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygiene or care products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchange

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Right of withdrawal – 14 days for EU customers

Notwithstanding the above conditions, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase or return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason .
The return conditions are as above: unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
