Refund Policy – AutoVeredler

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@autoveredler.com. The return must be sent to the address we provide after approval.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are excluded from returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygiene or personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Sale items and gift cards are unfortunately non-refundable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days for EU Customers

Notwithstanding the above conditions, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason or return the goods.
The return conditions remain the same as stated above: unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
